Copyright Agency licenses media monitoring organisations (MMOs) to copy and communicate our members’ works.
MMOs who have a copyright licence agreement with Copyright Agency act as our agent to provide limited internal sharing rights to their customer. This is called the ‘Downstream Licence’.
