Brendan Bolton has had a long and successful career in the Educational Publishing industry after beginning his working life as a primary school teacher. Brendan has been an author, publisher and is currently International Business Manager at Cengage Australia, where he looks after the export division. He is an advocate for respectful and responsible use of copyright material given his experiences as a teacher, author and publisher.
A strong advocate of broader industry engagement, Brendan has been a member of the Australian Publishers Association’s Schools and Educational Publishers Committee (SEPC) since 2014, a member of the Education Publishing Awards Australia (EPAA) committee and a Director of the Australian Publishers Association since 2017.
