What is the Good Copyright Governance initiative?
The Good Copyright Governance initiative recognises organisations who have the Statutory Education Licence in place, therefore hitting a benchmark for copyright compliance and fairly supporting Australian creators.
This is indispensable to our country’s creative economy. As they are being recognised and compensated for their work, creators can indeed continue to develop the high-quality content that educators value the most.
Who can display the Good Copyright Governance tick?
All private education providers who have a Statutory Education Licence currently in place can promote their organisation as a supporter of Australian creators by incorporating the Good Copyright Governance tick across their channels.
For any questions, please contact the Statutory Education Licensing team at educationlicences@copyright.com.au or on 02 9394 7600.
How can the Good Copyright Governance tick be used?

The Good Copyright Governance tick has been designed to pair well with any brand – be it on a website, business collateral, board reports, or any other internal and external facing material.
It can be used on its own, along other accreditations, or together with supporting copy. Please see the guidelines for more information.
