Former Copyright Agency Chair Kim Williams announced as ABC Chair
January 24, 2024
We are thrilled to see that former Copyright Agency Chair Kim Williams has been announced as ABC Chair. Kim was nominated by an independent panel to hold the position for the next five years. Read the ABC’s announcement here.
Kim stepped down from Copyright Agency Board in 2021, after chairing the organisation for six years (and sitting on the Board for six months prior to the appointment) and his impact on the company and our 40,000 members was immeasurable.
His leadership experience within the arts, media, and creative sectors makes him the perfect fit for the role at Australia’s national broadcaster. Everyone at Copyright Agency wishes him the upmost success in the role.
