Our new Member Portal is headed your way

At the end of 2019, the Copyright Agency rolled out the first round of planned improvements to the Member Portal.

These updates form part of our commitment to enhancing member services by:

  • Providing a more intuitive experience in the Portal
  • Making it easier to manage and update your account
  • Streamlining the onboarding process for new members
  • Making it easier to claim and understand your payments

We have already started emailing members with an invitation to access the new Portal, and this will continue over the next few weeks. Our Member Services team will be on hand to provide support during this transition period.
