Terms and Conditions 

  1. Eligibility 
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required before a prize is awarded.
  1. How to Enter 
    Complete the entry form with your name, email address, and company name via the official competition landing page.
  1. Competition Period 
    Entries open on Tuesday, 3 June 2025, and close at 11:59PM AEST on Thursday, 5 June 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be valid.
  1. Prize 
    One (1) winner will receive a wine and book pairing, including:
  • One (1) bottle of premium wine (valued up to $100)
  • One (1) book selected by our in-house experts (valued up to $50)
  • Prize will be delivered by mail to the winner within Australia.
    Total prize value: approximately $150 AUD. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange.
  1. Winner Notification and Fulfilment 
    The winner will be selected at random and notified by email by Monday, 9 June 2025.
    The winner will be asked to share their wine and book preferences (or those of a recipient) so we can personalise the prize.
  1. Multiple Entries 
    Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple submissions will be disregarded.
  1. Promotional Use 
    By entering, participants consent to their first name, company name and general location being used in post-competition announcements (e.g. “Dane from Sydney”).
  1. Privacy and Communications 
    Your personal details will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    By entering, you agree to receive emails from the Copyright Agency.
    You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our messages.
  1. Liability 
    The Copyright Agency is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
