Google Book Settlement Seminar
CAL explains your options as the first deadline for 2010 looms
If you are an author or publisher you only have until 28 January 2010 to decide whether to opt out of the Google Book Settlement.
Deciding to participate in the Settlement will depend on your own individual circumstances.
To assist members, CAL will be holding three free seminars in Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney. Presented by Michael Lijic, CAL’s International Affairs and Digital Strategy Coordinator, the seminars will discuss what Google is offering and some of the implications, followed by a question and answer session.
