Code Reviewer’s report for 2015–16

The report from the Code Reviewer on collecting societies’ compliance with the Code of Conduct in 2015–16 is now available.
The Copyright Agency and Viscopy have been signatories to the Code of Conduct for copyright collecting societies since its establishment in 2002.
Each year, the collecting societies’ compliance with the Code is reviewed by the Code Reviewer. The review is advertised, and parties with an interest in the Code are invited to participate in the review. These include collecting societies’ members and licensees, and organisations representing their members.
Each collecting society also reports on its compliance with the Code. This includes reporting on complaints during the reporting period, and how they were managed.
