PEN Free Voices Lecture

With support from the Copyright Agency’s Cultural Fund, Professor Gillian Triggs, celebrated human rights lawyer and President of the Australian Human Rights Commission, delivered the 2016 Sydney PEN Free Voices lecture at this year’s Sydney Writers Festival.
In her address, Gillian Triggs discussed the nature and implications of freedom of expression as an internationally recognised human right, to an enthralled audience of over 800 people.
